Since 2003, the platform provides a training course entitled: "initiation to the use of machine tools". It is intended for all ITA personnel and non-mechanical researchers wishing to acquire the basics of machining in turning and milling, for the manufacture of simple parts.
It takes place at the LIPhy laboratory over a period of 5 days, 4 trainees per session, 2 sessions per year, in the first and second semester. 3 trainers are at your disposal.
To date, more than 120 agents have been trained.
