Multiplexed optical imaging allows gathering multimodal contrasts in single shot acquisitions. It relies on the combination of computational signal processing with original optical co-design. It may offer valuable simplified and compact optical systems and is demanded in experiments dealing with ultra-short events. In this regard, speckle patterns generated by propagating coherent light through scattering media, have turned out to be almost ideal probing functions.
In this seminar, I will present our developments to achieve multiplexed coherent imaging and compressed fluorescence super-resolution microscopy using complex media. In particular, I will show results about high-resolution multiplexed multispectral, polarimetric and phase imaging and their application to optical metrology and bio-imaging.
