Liquid Nitrogen

The distribution of liquid nitrogen is accessible only to authorized persons (internal or external to the laboratory) who have been informed of the cryogenic risks and have signed the liquid nitrogen charter.

Nitrogen is delivered by cryogenic tanker. It is stored in a tank with a capacity of 3,000 liters. An automatic distribution system manages the exact quantity of nitrogen distributed and also avoids overflowing cryogenic tanks.
